Wildcat

1. On a device or network that isn't restricted, open this page and let the QR code above load.
2. Install the Wildcat app on the device that needs to get online.
3. In the app, open the menu and choose "Read QR code," then point the camera at the code above — a screenshot or photo of it works too.
4. Wildcat connects using what it just read, with no further access to this website required.

Some networks allow almost nothing through except a short list of approved destinations. Wildcat is built specifically for that situation: once it has what it needs, it doesn't depend on reaching this site, or any particular site, ever again.

It's a separate app from the main client on purpose — a minimal, single-purpose tool, not a mode you switch on inside something bigger.
